Empowerment & Wellness Program
Unique Charities Empowerment & Wellness program is a comprehensive health initiative that educates underserved communities on preventive healthcare via workshops, medical camps and missions. This program is designed to maintain or improve an individual’s well-being through proper diet, exercise, stress management, and illness prevention. In an effort to increase the overall health of an individual, we address the whole human being and emphasize the importance of intra-personal communication between spirit, soul and body.
Medical Missions
Our medical camps are conducted by medical professionals who are passionate about helping underserved communities carry out limited health intervention. We offer free medical advice and medicine to populations who otherwise have no access to basic healthcare services. These camps help in getting healthcare to these communities and many times seeing the doctor early enough before a small health problem becomes serious. We help these vulnerable communities improve the quality of their life, achieve wellness goals and to live the best life possible.
Unique Charities partners with hospitals and clinics abroad and sponsors short or long-term medical mission trips. We also send medical supplies and personnel to train and support local hospitals in reaching inaccessible and/or remote areas.
STEM Pipeline Program
Unique Charities is on a mission to inspire and support STEM education and workplace equity. Through our STEM Pipeline Program, we create mentoring relationships with diverse STEM professionals.
Back to School Readiness
Through this project, Unique Charities collects and delivers bookbags filled with school supplies and hygienic items to poverty-stricken and underprivileged children. We do this to help children prepare for the upcoming school year.
